Lydgate Man Fined For Fly Tipping

A Lydgate man has been told to pay £695 after he was prosecuted by Oldham Council for fly-tipping. Stewart Hartley, of North View Close, admitted the crime at Oldham Magistrates’ Court last month, and was fined £320, with £375 costs.
