Saddleworth Schools Could Become Academies

Saddleworth School has expressed an interest in becoming an academy.

Rise In Alcohol-Related Crime In Saddleworth

Booze-fuelled crime rose by more than 10% across Saddleworth and Lees last year. Figures for 2009/10 show 82 alcohol-related incidents were recorded by the police, compared with 73 during 2008/09.
