Two of our local brass bands enjoyed a successful trip to Preston last weekend. Both the Boarhurst Silver and Dobcross Silver bands came away with prizes from the Brass at the Guild contest, held at Preston Guild Hall.

Drain Covers Stolen In Delph

Drain covers have been stolen from some parts of Delph and nearby areas in recent days. That’s according to the latest update from the Saddleworth and Lees neighbourhood policing team.
