Annual Horseman’s Carol Service will once again be being held at Friezland

The Annual Horseman’s Carol Service will once again be being held at Friezland Arena (just off the A635) on Saturday 12 December 2015.

Everyone is welcome, whether accompanied by their horse or pony, any other animal (they have even had a ferret and a goat in the past) or simply on their own two feet.

There is a small charge of £2 to cover refreshments including mulled wine or hot orange juice, mince pies and of course carrots for the horses, along with rosettes for each horse.

The superb Oldham Music Centre Youth Wind Ensemble will be performing whilst everyone is gathering and also will be performing the accompaniment to the service. So why not go along and enjoy this fantastic service.
