Planning permission for a controversial housing development in Grasscroft has been denied by Oldham Council. Saddleworth Parish Council and the Greenfield and Grasscroft Residents’ Association (GGRA) had opposed the plans for a block of seven apartments and two detached houses at 104 Oldham Road.
