The head brewer at Holmfirth’s Summer Wine Brewery has been speaking about the business and his plans for the future. Charity fundraisers, clad in all kinds of fancy dress, braved showers to visit various pubs across the area in aid of good causes. It’s the 37th time drinkers have taken part in the annual event to raise money for charity. Last year, the walkers themselves raised more than £80,000, with organisers the Saddleworth Round Table bringing in a further £31,000.
